Say the job. We write the ad.
Type it like you would tell a mate. We map the shifts, check the award rate so you are never below it, and show you the listing exactly as students see it. Applicants arrive ranked by how well their week fits your roster.
How it works
- Say it.One message: when you need someone and what the gig is. Venue and suburb if we do not have them.
- Check the draft.Shift blocks, pay, title, and blurb, built from your words. Tap anything to fix it.
- One mobile number. That is your login and where applicant alerts land. No passwords, no forms.
- Go live.Live for 30 days. Students apply with one swipe; you reply in-app and propose a time.
Per listing, 30 days, applicants ranked by roster fit, reply in-app. Your first listing is free: see the applicants before you spend a cent. Tax invoice with the GST breakdown, instantly.
Someone dropped a shift? ASAP puts it in front of students who are free right now, in its own tab, with the time you need them on the badge.
Verification, and why it is worth it
Many of our students are under 18, so a person checks every business before it can read applicant intros or send messages. Until then you see each applicant's roster fit, travel radius, and eligibility, and nothing that identifies them. Verification takes an ABN and a business email or your word that you're authorised to hire, usually within a business day.
Questions
What does an applicant look like before I am verified?
"Applicant A, fits 2 of 2 shift blocks, within your travel radius, eligible." That is the whole card. Intros, names, and messaging unlock together when verification completes.
Can I pay less than the award?
No. The draft shows the award minimum for the role and level; you can pay above it, never below. Junior rates are shown automatically to under-21 applicants.
Where do I meet applicants?
Propose up to three times for an interview or a paid trial. Under-18 applicants meet you at your verified venue, which the platform enforces, not a policy you have to remember.
Do I need the app?
No. Everything here works on the web: posting, paying, reading applicants, proposing times, and replying. The app adds push alerts the moment an applicant lands.
